“Autoreview”: the Deepal G318 SUV has a “camping light” option

Autoreview experts tested the Deepal G318 SUV, sales of which started on the Russian market. This is a sequential all-wheel drive hybrid in which a one and a half liter internal combustion engine performs the tasks of a generator. At the limit, the electric motors produce 439 hp, but tax (30-minute) power is 184 hp.

Deepal G318 has an unusual advantage, which was noticed by experts during a test drive of the car. The driver can take advantage of two powerful headlights on the leading edge of the roof rack. They turn on when the high beams are activated, improving road illumination.

In addition, the SUV is equipped with a “camping light” system, when the middle roof lights illuminate an area with a total area of 250 square meters with a wide beam. This option will be of interest to fans of country trips.

The cost of the basic Deepal G318 Techno is 5.65 million rubles, and the top version Everest costs 6 million rubles. At the same time, the model’s participation in the state support program is announced, the discount for which can reach 925 thousand rubles.
