Autostat named women’s biggest fears associated with owning a car

Most of all, drivers fear breakdowns on the road. This was reported by experts from the analytical agency Autostat, who conducted an online survey among women on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

“During the survey, female car owners were asked: “What stresses you most about owning a car?” As it turned out, what motorists fear most is breakdowns on the road. About half (45.5%) of the respondents admitted this. And almost every third (37.2%) woman driving is afraid of getting into an accident,” the publication says.

The main difficulty for 25.7% of motorists is parking in hard-to-reach places. 18% are afraid that they will be deceived at a car service center. Concerns about replacing consumables (11.8%) and seasonal tire changes (11.1%) were almost equally distributed. And 5.6% of women admitted that even just a visit to a gas station stresses them out. Despite all the difficulties, 23.5% of women do not experience any discomfort while driving.

Earlier it became known which cars Russian women want the most.
