Thanks to its affordable price positioning (from 2.3 million rubles), the new Jaecoo J6 crossover sold 813 units in March 2026. The basic version is freely sold in various colors. This was reported by the analytical agency “Avtostat” with reference to the head of the sales department of new cars “Omoda Jaecoo Avtodom Vnukovo” Elsa Sapova.
“Like any Chinese car, the Jaecoo J6 has plenty of competitors, but you need to understand that at the moment not all competitors can boast of having specific models and compete in cost,” comments Elsa Sapova.
As a brand representative noted, in 2026, Omoda and Jaecoo are aiming to significantly increase market share, and the launch of a new model clearly demonstrates this trend. Indeed, the crossover got off to a good start: in the first month of sales in Russia, it took second place in the Jaecoo model range, behind only the flagship J7 (1,202 units).
