The main reasons for the increase in tariffs are general inflation and an increase in the cost of maintaining road infrastructure.
The list of highways where the cost of travel has increased includes key routes: M-4 Don, M-12 Vostok, Central Ring Road (Central Ring Road) and M-11 Neva (new tariffs here are effective from January 12, 2026).
Thus, on the M-11 Neva highway, a trip to Sheremetyevo Airport now costs 645 rubles instead of the previous 570 rubles. Tariffs for other popular sections of this highway have also been revised, including directions to Zelenograd and Solnechnogorsk.
A decision on a possible revision of the cost on other toll roads will be made later, based on the results of an analysis of the economic situation. Avtodor noted that a significant increase in tariffs could lead to a decrease in traffic intensity.
Currently, there are 14 toll roads in Russia. The largest of them is the M-4 Don highway, stretching from Moscow to Novorossiysk.
