The bet on Chinese transmission in Togliatti explains differently. The choice of a supplier from the PRC is due to the quality of its products and suitable production volumes, and in Russia they simply do not make similar gearboxes. However, the trend for a gradual rejection of the Russian “five -stroke” is visible: for example, Lada Vesta sales with a Chinese variator stimulate, and this gives its fruits.
In any case, in 2025, there is no need to talk about the truly mass production of LADA ISKRA: the plan until the end of the year is about 20 thousand cars. For dealers, the novelty will appear in mid -July, then all the configurations and prices will be revealed.
