During this time, it is planned to carry out more than nine thousand different works worth more than 200 million rubles, including those related to the preparation of the production of the crossover on the Vesta platform, the launch of which is scheduled for the next year.
The serial production of the LADA crossover will begin only in 2026, but a prototype with a real body is expected in June at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. According to unofficial data, the novelty will have an original body with branded X-shaped stamping on the sidewalls, but less embossed than the current Vesta. As for the “technology”, Chinese units are considered. In particular, a turbo engine with a capacity of 150 horsepower, working with a variator.
