The LADA corporate channel believes that women are more responsible and attentive, are able to notice any little thing, so they are better suited for the quality control department. For the same reasons, for reconciliation of samples, intermediate grinding and polishing also use women. Finally, accuracy and dexterity are useful at the assembly stage, when it is necessary to collect door cards, small details of the interior or engine.

The share of women in the AvtoVAZ team is about a third, and this is not the limit. At the Sollers factory in the Elabuga district of Tatarstan, almost all areas are more than women! The company believes that women are more responsible, attentive and reliable, and physical strength is not needed at modern automobile plants.
