This car, a renamed Lynk&Co 09, is built on the same platform as the second-generation Volvo XC90 crossover. Under the hood is a 2.0-liter turbo engine with 254 hp. Experts from the magazine “Behind the Wheel” noted the comfort of the seats and the spaciousness in the cabin, as well as the presence of four-zone climate control, but also listed a number of shortcomings of this car.
“The Nordcross swallows seams and joints confidently, but kicks when it’s lying down (although it doesn’t knock loudly). And of course, the “iron” suspension does not allow you to change the ground clearance – it is always 221 mm,” notes the magazine’s publication regarding the operation of the car’s suspension.
The car also has a complex media system interface and a highly glared instrument panel screen, in which the driver sees his reflection. At the same time, the graphics of the readings themselves were praised. Good dynamics, low fuel consumption and high-quality leather seats were also noted.
The disadvantages of the car include difficult access to the neck of the washer reservoir and retractable door handles, which close distortedly in winter conditions.
“The only problem with visibility is that the poorly shaped side mirrors leave blind spots. And the rear camera is in such a place that it instantly gets dirty – and there is no washer,” concludes the publication “Behind the Wheel.”
