Bertone presented a limited-edition sports car Bertone Runabout

This is a modern reimagining of the 1969 Autobianchi A112 Runabout concept. The studio plans to build 25 of these cars at a price of 390 thousand euros (approximately 35 million rubles). The portal Drom.ru reports this.

The new Runabout stylistically follows the original with its distinctive waterline, but is technically based on the chassis of the discontinued Lotus Exige 3 Series. It is equipped with a naturally aspirated Toyota V6 3.5 engine with a power of 475 hp. paired with a manual transmission. The body is made of carbon fiber.

Buyers will be offered a choice between a Targa version with a full windshield and a removable roof, or an open version with an air deflector. Exterior colors and interior trim will be selected individually for each customer. The project is aimed at wealthy collectors.

It was previously reported that a formula car created in the USSR was being sold in St. Petersburg.
