BYD managed to get ahead of Ford in terms of global sales in 2025

Bloomberg agency compiled a rating of automakers based on the number of cars sold on the global market. And if the first five were quite predictable, then the further positions in the table are somewhat surprising.

– Toyota – 11.32 million cars – Volkswagen AG – 8.98 million cars – Hyundai-Kia – 7.28 million cars – General Motors – 6.18 million cars – Stellantis – 5.48 million

BYD, which managed to sell 4.6 million cars, confidently left behind Ford, whose result was 4.4 million cars. And this is a very clear confirmation of the greatness of the modern Chinese automobile industry.

Another “celestial” auto giant, the Geely holding, confidently sold 4.12 million, which turned out to be significantly more than the results of Japanese manufacturers Honda (3.52 million) and Nissan (3.2 million).

The “Chinese” Maextro S800 continues to smash the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class In Belarus, official sales of the Li crossover have started for 3.5 million rubles. In Belarus you can buy a new “Chinese” for a million rubles.

Earlier it became known that Chinese cars on the European market began to sell better than Korean ones.
