Changan is preparing a cheap 7-seater crossover with “mechanics”

According to the Chinese Automobiles portal, the CS75 Pro will be released for the domestic market. The car without the renamed Oshan X7 Plus, and the main feature will be the presence of a basic version with a turbo engine 1.5 (166 hp) and a 6-speed “mechanics”. The refusal of a 7-speed “robot” will save, because there are almost no competitors among three-row cars.

Changan has already certified the CS75 Pro, and the crossover is distinguished by a design style design. Compared to the familiar Russians of the Changan CS75 Plus, the third -generation difference in dimensions is small: for example, the length is increased by only three centimeters. But the interior is different: the layout of 2+3+2 with the third number of seats will be available.

With a turbo engine 1.5 (166 hp), a 6-speed “mechanics” will be combined, with a forced aggregate of the same volume (181 hp)-a 7-stage preselly “robot”. The drive is only the front. It is interesting that the three-pipal crossover is a little more economical: the fuel consumption of such a Changan CS75 Pro will be 7.1 liters per 100 kilometers, while a two-pedal modification will spend 7.2-7.3 liters.

The landmark for the starting price can be considered a mark of 90-100 thousand yuan (12-14 thousand dollars). For seven -seater crossovers, the price is low even by Chinese standards. The debut will probably take place until the end of the summer, because the Changan CS75 Pro will go to the series as a modification of the 2025 model year.
