Ex-BMW designer Benoit Jacob drew sketches of the new GAC Aion N60 crossover

Pre-sales of the compact electric crossover are scheduled for mid-March 2026. The price of the car has not yet been announced.

Jacob’s portfolio includes such notable projects as the first generation BMW i3 and i8, BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé (F36), Audi A5 Sportback (B8), and BMW 5 Series GT (F07).

Dimensions of the new product: length – 4615 mm, width – 1883 mm, height – 1673 mm, wheelbase – 2775 mm. The salon has five seats.

The Aion N60 is equipped with front-wheel drive and a 100 or 165 kW electric motor. The model has three range options: 410, 510 and 630 km. The charging connector is located on the front fender on the passenger side.

The Aion brand (part of the GAC group) has been operating since 2018. Today, he has eight cars in his portfolio on the Chinese market. The new N60 will join this list, becoming the ninth model.

It was previously reported that Moskvich sales in 2025 fell by a third.
