Over the past month, several automobile companies presented on the market have reduced prices for their models-they increased discounts on marketing programs, offered a direct discount or adjusted the price lists. In a conversation with Gazeta.Ru, experts and dealers listed the reasons for this. Some of them agreed that right now, a successful time has come for the Russians to buy a car.
Voyah models have become more than others – discounts reach 3.3 million rubles. The interlocutors of the publication believe that this is by no means talking about loyalty to customers, but about failure in marketing and the need to solve the problem of overstocking of warehouses. The latter is especially relevant, and because of crowded warehouses, some companies have to literally work “to zero” to normalize the drains.

The price reduction was influenced and the strengthening of the ruble to the main currencies – the dollar, the euro and Yuan. This made it possible for automakers to “less painfully reduce prices against the background of a slowdown,” said Auto Expert Oleg Moseev. The Fresh dealer network, in turn, predicts that at the first stable demand trends to increase demand, for example, if the Central Bank reduces the key rate, the prices of new cars will immediately fly up. And that is why now is the right time to buy a new car.
Other experts interviewed by the newspaper suggest that the companies will continue to increase discounts – the market has no other opportunity to revive. “Manufacturers look at each other: if one reduces prices, then the others act similarly so that they do not get sales,” they say. Stamps are trying to achieve sales at all costs, even at a loss.
