The Italian brand is introducing the Topolino (“mouse”) model to the US market: its length is 2535 mm, width is 1400 mm, height is 1530 mm. The maximum speed of the new product is 15 km/h, and the cost is 14 thousand dollars, that is, about 1 million rubles.
With an 8-horsepower electric motor, a microcar of the Italian brand can legally move only in residential areas, as well as closed areas such as resort areas.
To drive on public roads, the owner will have to purchase the optional Street Legal Conversion Kit, which will “shift” the maximum speed limiter to 40 km/h.
However, even the urban version of the “mouse” will be closed to those roads where you can travel at speeds faster than 35 mph (56 km/h), that is, the habitat is extremely limited.
