A subsidiary of Qiyuan shared a series of images of the SUV with the index C798. We are talking about the largest and most equipped model of the Changan sub-brand: the new product will have lidar, hidden door handles and a signature light signature. Qiyuan designers relied on a moderately conservative appearance: there are no shocking or controversial decisions in the exterior. The premiere could take place before the end of the year.
Changan Uni-V and Lamore: looking for differences
The young Qiyuan family consists of electric vehicles and hybrids: the first-born was the A07 business sedan, then the range was replenished with the E07 transformable pickup truck. It is likely that the new crossover will also have a power plant based on new energy sources.
Changan
The in-plant index C798 should not confuse you: the crossover will go into production under a different name. Judging by the photographs, buyers will receive the car exactly in this form, except that most SUVs will have simpler wheels, and the “long-range” Hesai lidar may become the prerogative of top trim levels. Neither Changan nor Qiyuan provided any information about the technology, and the model has not yet passed certification.
Changan CS75 Plus of the new generation has reached Russia: prices announced
Last fall, the Changan representative office thought about entering the Qiyuan brand on the Russian market, but no new information has appeared since then. It seems that the Chinese side has decided to start with the more popular Avatr sub-brand, and then will bring the Deepal gasoline-electric line to our country.
