Focus named cars from the 1980s and 1990s that will cost more over time

For many young car enthusiasts, once-coveted classic cars from the 1950s or 1960s are now simply “old cars,” notes German publication Focus. The cost of oldtimers is falling, and consumer demand for such equipment is decreasing.

Many Europeans are looking for the dream car from their youth, and these are mostly cars from the late 1980s or early 1990s. Focus has listed the models that have the best chance of becoming true classic cars, but are now available at reasonable prices.

The list includes the Porsche Boxster 986/987, Toyota Supra, Mazda RX-7, Mercedes SL R129 and BMW 3 Series E36. In addition, according to experts, the BMW Z3 M Coupe, Volvo 850 T5, Honda CRX, Alfa Romeo GTV, and Mercedes E-Class C124 deserve the attention of buyers.
