The Ministry of Industry and Trade has published a new list of cars included in the program of preferential lending in Russia. Haval’s bestseller – the Jolion crossover – this time was not in it, but the Moskvich 3 fuel all -terrain vehicle was added. It is noted that under the conditions of the program, cars worth up to two million rubles fall, and the recommended price of even the initial Jolion configuration is already higher.

The cost of the Haval Jolion 2024, according to the price list on the brand website, is 2,049,000 rubles. There is a direct discount, which reduces the price to 1,949,000. However, the minimum RRC is 100 thousand higher, so the crossover can no longer participate in the program of preferential car loan.

Of the “pure fuel” machines, all Lada and VIS models, as well as UAZ, Moskvich 3 and gas up to 3.5 tons, fit into the conditions. The basic discount is 20 percent, and for residents of the Far East – 25 percent.

There is also an assortment of hybrids and electric cars: Moskvich 3E, Ambust A5, Evolute I-Pro, Evolute I-Jet, Evolute I-Van, Evolute I-Sky, as well as Voyah Dream and Voyah Free. They have more discount – 35 percent, but not more than 925 thousand rubles.
