To date, there are programs of preferential car loan and preferential leasing. For them you can purchase a car with a discount of 20-25 percent (depending on the region), which is subsidized from the federal budget. Programs apply to cars with an internal combustion engine worth up to two million rubles, the localization level of which is at least 2000 points. When buying an electric car of the Russian assembly, you can save 35 percent, but not more than 925 thousand rubles.

The program and electric vehicles fall under the: Lada E-Largus, Amberauto A5, Moskvich 3e, electric Evolute, which are produced in the Lipetsk region, Voyah Free and Dream.
