This is a three -engine prototype with a carbon fiber chassis and a biocomposite body. It will become part of the Ford Performance demonstrators, where Supervan 4.2, Super Cobra Jet 1800 and Mustang Mach-E 1400 are already present.
Another electric demonstrator is called Mustang Mach-E Nascar. The prototype has only a body with a serial crossover, and even then in general terms. At the heart – carbon fiber monocock. The power plant consists of three electric motors and batteries with a capacity of 78 kilowatt hours. A part of the components of the electric car was borrowed from real racing machines, including a suspension, brakes, steering mechanism and wheel.
Ford New Shelby Mustang GT350: 820 horsepower and supercharger
Together, all this resembles the NASCAR prototype, presented in the summer of last year. The same battery, the same three electric motors with a combined dedication of 1360 horsepower and details from Naskarovskiy machines. The Mustang Mach-E Nascar body is most likely made of a composite, not a simple one, but on the basis of flax fibers.
The prototype will enter the family of Ford Performance demonstrators and join Supertruck, Supervan 4.2, Super Cobra Jet 1800 and Mustang Mach-E 1400. The latter was created in cooperation with the RTR VEHICLES workshop and is equipped with a family of Electrimators, which at the PIK give out 1419 horsepower.
