The first batch of Sadko 9 was released in Nizhny Novgorod. We are talking about an all-wheel drive vehicle with increased payload capacity. Compared to the GAZ Sadko NEXT, the payload increased from three to five tons, the total weight – from 6.85 to 9 tons. At the same time, the single tire tires at the rear have been preserved, which will allow you to gain an advantage on difficult off-road conditions. Sales are expected during 2025.
“Sadko 9” will replace the last truck with a classic cab in the line: GAZ “Zemlyak”. There are quite a few differences from the 2018 Sadko NEXT. The frame was strengthened, the rear axle became thicker, and an air suspension with semi-springs and an anti-roll bar appeared at the rear. Loading height can vary from 1150 to 1450 millimeters.

The wheels have been changed: the Sadko 9 has high-profile tires of size 315/80 R22.5. The YaMZ-534 turbodiesel was also boosted: power increased by 20 horsepower to 169 horsepower. So far the truck has been released as a chassis and an on-board platform, but in the future the new product will serve as the basis for a number of all-terrain modifications from dump trucks to crew buses.
Currently, an onboard GAZ “Sadko NEXT” produced in 2024 costs from six million rubles. Obviously, Sadko 9 will be more expensive. In the future, long-wheelbase versions, variants with a double-row cab, as well as special equipment are planned. The start date for sales of the new all-terrain vehicle has not been announced.
