Gazeta.Ru listed traffic violations for which the driver will be deprived of his license

Automotive lawyer Lev Voropaev listed the most serious violations from the legal point of view to Gazeta.Ru. Most often, court proceedings in these cases end in deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle.

With a high degree of probability, the driver will be deprived of his driver’s license if he drove a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other intoxication. Refusal of a medical examination will lead to similar consequences.

Leaving the scene of a traffic accident is also fraught with deprivation of your license. But if for the first two points the sanction is imprisonment for a period of 1.5 to 2 years and a fine of 45 thousand rubles, then the person who left the scene of the accident can get off with a fine of 1 thousand rubles.

A minimum penalty may be imposed if the motorist did not notice the contact and did not have the intent to escape. But the fact of lack of intent will need to be proven.
