Geely will release an affordable version of the “double” Zeekr X

Geely is working on a new version of the crossover [Lynk & Co Z20](https://motor.ru/news/lynk-i–Co-02-present-12-10-2024.htm), writes the Chinese portal Autohome with reference to the Ministry of Industry and Informatization of the PRC. The crossover of the joint development of Geely and Volvo, which debuted six months ago, largely repeats Zeekr X – both externally and in terms of technology. The new version of the Z20 will receive a less powerful engine than Zeekr, and therefore a more democratic price is expected.

Now Lynk & Co Z20 is offered with an electric motor with a maximum capacity of 340 horsepower. In China, he already stands a little in terms of rubles – from 136 to 151 thousand yuan (1.5–1.7 million rubles).

The low -power version of the Z20 will receive a motor from the Wuxi Star Driving Force Technology with a return of 175 kilowatts (238 horsepower). What will be the traction battery is still unknown.
