Cars from the Tula Great Wall Motor plant acquired separate price tags marked production year 2025. Buyers will have to overpay from 100 to 200 thousand rubles, depending on the model. It is curious that Haval dealers do not have cars produced in 2025, since the plant’s assembly line is not working due to the New Year holidays. Jolion, H3, Dargo and Dargo X have risen in price.
New Haval H3s cost from 2.8 to 3.2 million rubles, but cars produced in 2025 are not eligible for direct discounts of 200 thousand rubles and discounts under trade-in and credit programs. Only “last year’s” Haval Dargo/Dargo X are eligible for benefits; in addition, crossovers produced in 2025 have added 100 thousand rubles in price and now cost from 3.15 to 3.7 million rubles.

The price increase for Haval Jolion was the second in a month. One of the best-selling foreign cars on the Russian market now costs from 2.15 to 2.95 million rubles, that is, even the basic version will not fall under government programs. However, in theory, subsidized loans could apply to cars manufactured in 2024.
From January 1, recycling rates in Russia increased again, so an increase in the price of cars produced in 2025 is expected. However, the reserves of “last year’s” cars are very solid: dealers will sell previously imported cars at least until spring. According to estimates by the head of AvtoVAZ, the reserves of Chinese cars on the Russian market amount to more than half a million units.
