The Chinese side confirmed that it intends to deepen the localization: a plant for the production of auto components and gearboxes will appear in the Uzlovaya industrial park near Tula, and in the future, exterior and interior elements.

In his Telegram channel, Mityaev noted that “Hawwil cars have a great future in the Russian and world markets,” and confirmed the readiness to “provide a comprehensive support to the company.” However, the terms of implementation of the project for the construction of the plant at the Russian facilities Great Wall are still not announced.

It is also unknown which boxes will be released under Tula. It is expected that it will be seven -speed pre -sequential “robots”. These are equipped with all Haval Russian assembly with a transverse location of the engine.
