Russian sellers that supply cars through the parallel import system have begun to actively offer their customers Chinese-assembled Nissan Qashqai crossovers. Their import is profitable, since the two-liter naturally aspirated engine produces 151 horsepower – this is below the “160 hp” threshold, from which increased recycling rates are charged.
In Moscow, a new crossover can be ordered for 2.5 million rubles, but you will have to be patient – delivery of ordered cars takes 2-3 months.
Nissan Qashqai will offer cruise control, luggage rails, keyless entry, LED optics, panoramic roof, leather interior and climate control.
With such introductions, the car can regain its former popularity: it is no secret that the Qashqai has long remained one of the main hits of the Russian market.
Let us recall that the Nissan brand itself left Russia in the spring of 2022, selling its existing assets, including a full-cycle plant near St. Petersburg.
