The incident occurred on February 16 at the intersection of Herzen and Clara Zetkin streets. This was reported by the Klops Telegram channel.
“The boy was taken away in an ambulance. I live nearby and I want people to be more careful: children take care of themselves, and drivers keep their distance,” said the eyewitness.
A street camera captured the incident. The footage shows how a car hits a pedestrian who is crossing the road in the wrong place. The impact throws the person into the car in front, and at that moment the Kaliningrad resident finds himself sandwiched between the cars, after which he falls onto the roadway.
The State Traffic Inspectorate reported that law enforcement officers are conducting an investigation into the accident.
