At the factory in Kaluga, anodes and rectifiers for a cataphore bath, as well as robots for applying paint coatings have already been installed. The soil, the basic coating and varnish will be applied automatically. Also in the workshop there are cameras for anti -corrosion processing of the internal surfaces of the body and doors, applying mastic and anti -gravity.

They plan to debug the process of coloring “Automobile Technologies” by July, then at the factory in Kaluga they will be launched by the Haval M6 assembly in a full cycle with welding of the bodies. Initially, the model was planned to be assembled at the Great Wall at their own plant in the Tula region, but they refused this idea due to the full load of the enterprise. In addition to the “six”, Citroen C5 Aircons is produced on the site in Kaluga.

At the moment, the Haval M6 is one of the most affordable foreign cars in Russia. Given direct discounts of the crossover costs from 1,979,000 to 2,099,000 rubles.
