“The baby’s mother accidentally blocked the child in the car. She called the emergency services herself,” the publication says.
According to the channel, the child was rescued and is now doing well.

City emergency services were at the scene of the incident. Doctors hospitalized two injured traffic police officers; their colleague received injuries incompatible with life. According to the Investigative Committee, the cause of the explosion was a self-detonation by an attacker. Currently, law enforcement officers are investigating criminal cases under articles of encroachment on the lives of law enforcement officers and illegal trafficking in explosive devices.
