The Chinese Cars portal, citing its own sources, reports that already in 2025 the number of UNI-V modifications on the Russian market will increase. The liftbek is subject to a power plant similar to the one that the Uni-K crossover already has: with a two-liter gasoline engine, a classic automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive.
The Changan UNI-V liftback has been sold in Russia since February 2023. From that moment and so far, the model has been offered with a non-alternative ligament of a 1.5-liter gasoline turbo engine with a capacity of 181 horsepower and a seven-diapasic “robot” with two “wet” clutches. At the same time, in his native China, the model has an option with a more powerful 2.0 -liter engine developing 226–232 horsepower and combined with an eight -speed Aisin automatic machine. It is such a motor and boxes that can also appear in the model in Russia, and, unlike the liftback for the Chinese market, the drive will be complete, not front. “Chinese cars” clarify that at the moment only three brand models are equipped with all-wheel drive in Russia: CS95 and UNI-K crossovers, as well as the Hunter Plus pickup.

If the information is confirmed, the Changan Uni-V with a two-liter engine, automatic and all-wheel drive will be the most expensive in the range.
