In Russia, the Aito M8 crossover will be officially presented

Another Aito car founded by Chinese Seres Group and Huawei will enter the Russian market. Our brand is represented by the company MB RUS, in the assortment of which there are crossovers M5, M7 and M9. Soon, the “eight” will join them, said the general director of MB Rus Natalya Koroleva to the portal Auto.mail.ru. In our market, as in China, the novelty will compete with the popular Li Xiang L9.

To the Russian market, the M8 will enter the Seres brand. The “senior” M9 is also waiting for an official presentation, but it is already available for order. Judging by the site “MB RUS”, the distributor has about 20 such machines.

M8 will become the fourth model in the Russian gamut. It is not much less than M9: the length is 5.19 meters, the width is about two, and the height is 1.78 meters at a 3.1-meter wheelbase. The design of the model is also similar, but the lanterns of the “eights” are more reminiscent of the lighting equipment of the opponent from LI. M8 has 20 or 21-inch wheels and “drowned” door handles.

In the cabin, which can be three -row, a display of the multimedia system and “tidy” are installed, stretched from the rack to the rack. It contains a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 160 horsepower, which plays the role of a generator and recharges a traction battery with a capacity of 36 or 52 kilowatt hours. Two electric motors by 224 and 309 forces are driven into the cross -cutter. The maximum speed is 200 kilometers per hour. Fuel consumption is declared at a level of only 0.53 liters per 100 kilometers.

On the Chinese market, the novelty from Aito will be released in April. When it appears in Russia, it is still unclear. You should not wait for low prices: the M5 starts with 6.5 million rubles, and they ask for M7 a million more.
