In Russia, the name of the concept Jaguar Type 00 was registered

In the open base of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS), an application for registration of a trademark submitted by Jaguar Land Rover appeared. [Type 00](https://motor.ru/news/jaguar-type-00-03-12-2024.htm) is an electric show-car shown at the end of last year and marked the change in the image of the British brand. Despite the violent (and for the most part negative) reaction of fans, Jaguar does not intend to deviate from the chosen strategy.

The applicant is indicated by Jaguar Land Rover Limited. According to the data from the FIPS base, Jaguar will be able to produce a large list of goods under the name Type 00 – from cars and accessories to jewelry, books and toys.

Interestingly, the name Type 00 is intended specifically for the concept car: Jaguar plans to assign an index 01 for its reasons for its reasons.

Among the features of the concept are the absence of rear glass, doors of the “Wing butterfly” type, 23-inch wheels and an unusual design for the brand with a palette of bright shades. No less unusually arranged a salon with a 3.2-meter “ridge” in the center and retractable displays.

The first “commodity” Jaguar after the brand restarts will debut at the end of this year. This will be the four -door Grand Tourer 01. The second will be the crossover, and the third model will follow it, which is not known about anything yet. In Russia, Jaguar probably registered the name Type 00 just in case to protect intellectual property.
