In Russia, the new Chinese crossover Chery Tiggo 7l has been noticed

This is one of the many variations of “Semarok”, which, apparently, will replenish the Tiggo 7 family in the Russian market in the foreseeable future. According to the Chinese Cars portal, which at the disposal of which were photographs of the novelty, Tiggo 7L is “a mix of various variations of the Chergo 7 model for China”. The crossover has elements from the usual Tiggo 7, which debuted in the PRC last fall, as well as from Tiggo 7 Plus, which was updated at the same time.

In the pictures taken in Moscow at one of the CHECH dealerships, you can see the nameplate on the fifth door of the car: Tiggo 7l and AWD, the latter indicates the presence of all -wheel drive. The salon is decorated in the same way as Tiggo 7 Pro Max, with which the Russians are familiar, but with one exception, physical buttons are installed instead of the touch control unit.

Outwardly, from the mentioned Tiggo 7 Pro Max, the crossover in photographs differs in a radiator grille with chrome elements on a black substrate, and on the front bumper – round fog with Performance inscriptions. At the back of the mononlar and a platform for a number located on the fifth door, and not on the bumper.

There is no information about the Tiggo 7l power plant yet. “Chinese cars” suggest that it can be a 1.6 -liter turbo engine with a capacity of 197 horsepower, like that of the restyled Tiggo 7 Plus in China – the unit works both in a conjunction with a seven -speed robot and with a classic eight -band automatic. That’s just the drive of the plus is front.

As for Tiggo 7 Pro Max, which is sold in Russia at present, it is equipped with a 150-horsepower turbo engine working with a robotic gearbox. The drive can be front or complete.

According to “Chinese cars”, not one CHERY TIGGO 7L was brought to Russia, but a party in different colors, including with a black roof. It is not yet known whether the Chery Tiggo 7l will be replaced by Tiggo 7 Pro Max in our market, or both models will be sold in parallel, which is hinting at the name.
