Insurance companies began to offer auto -citizens and CASCO for subscription, Kommersant reports. One of the first such a service was launched by Renaissance Insurance. She did not reveal the cost, but the publication notes that for an ordinary driver, the subscription may be more expensive than buying a regular policy. In addition, the idea may be unprofitable for the insurers themselves, since the design of the subscription is associated with risks.
The car owner can arrange one policy – only OSAGO – and two at once, including CASCO. OSAGO will be paid in equal payments once a quarter, and you will have to pay for CASCO every month.
The policies will be renewed automatically, but the client will be able to cancel the subscription at any time, add to the Renaissance Insurance.
Scams from CASCO and OSAGO in Russia changed the rules for passing cars with special signals of the authorities again want to return fines for the average speed
Experts note that this type of car insurance can be interesting to small companies that seek to attract new customers against the background of price growth: monthly payments are not so pocket as the full price. The leaders of the CTP market to introduce such mechanisms are in no hurry.
From November 1, 2025, they are going to fine in Russia for the absence of OSAGO policy using cameras. Moreover, the system will work immediately in full, without experiments, noted in the Russian Union of Auto Stores (RSA). The same date sounded in the instructions of President Vladimir Putin.
