“Drivers talk about the flood on Andropov Avenue . They also share footage of cars struggling through streams of water. A traffic jam has formed on the flooded street,” the publication says.

Eyewitnesses recorded the incident. The footage shows cars driving along flooded roads, while a snowstorm continues outside. According to the Department of Transport, traffic in the area of ​​the Technopark metro station was difficult. The water leakage onto the road has now been contained.
