Insurers spoke about the advantages of a single OSAGO policy called “White Card”

It will be possible to purchase an “auto -citizen”, the action of which applies to Russian and Belarusian roads from April 23, 2025. To obtain a single document, motorists will not need to draw up a new insurance, since the policy is an extended version of the compulsory CTP.

Drivers will be able to purchase a “white card” in the presence of the current compulsory motor liability insurance. The cost of a single policy for cars will be from 3400 to 3590 rubles. Truck owners will have to pay from 7560 to 7980 rubles. Insurers will determine tariffs. At the same time, it will be possible to arrange such an OSAGO in several companies, among which “reso-Garantia”, “alfastrakhovan”, “Ugria”, “Zetta Insurance”, “Consent”, as well as Rosgosstrakh, VSK, Spassky Gate and Twenty-First Century.

A single OSAGO will be beneficial to motorists visiting Belarus at least three times a year. In this case, the policy will cost cheaper than the “blue card” intended for one -time trips to the Union state. If a Russian driver makes an accident in a neighboring country, settlement will occur in accordance with Belarusian law. Compensation of the expenses of the Belarusian bureau will be made by a Russian insurer with whom the culprit of the accident has concluded an agreement.
