It became known which traffic rules are violated in Moscow most often

The most commonly fixed violation in the capital is the speed of speed, the depthrans reported. The cameras “caught” the violators of the speed mode 22.7 million times in 2024. Most often, drivers exceeded the minimum punishable value-20-40 kilometers per hour. The fine lies in the range from 750 to 7.5 thousand rubles, depending on the exceeding.

Also over the past year, cells in Moscow revealed 58 thousand cases by speeding by 60 kilometers per hour or more.

Now in the capital there are 3.8 thousand photo and video recording complexes. They know how to recognize 64 types of violations. They place cameras where drivers most often violate the rules of the road: exceed speed, ignore the markings and signs.

In January, the traffic police began to prepare for a change in traffic rules. The proposals must submit before April 1 of this year. The Public Chamber is confident that the rules should not be edited, but rewritten.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Transport, the State traffic inspectorate do not agree with this: in their opinion, you can limit yourself to point amendments. The current set of rules will formally stop working in 2029.
