Izvestia: spare parts for popular foreign cars in Russia have risen in price by 15–20%

The cost of parts has increased since the beginning of 2026. As the Izvestia newspaper writes, such dynamics are confirmed by participants in the automobile market.

As Tatyana Ovchinnikova, head of the international franchising network of car service centers Fit Service, told the publication, since the beginning of 2026, the cost of spare parts for popular foreign cars has increased by an average of 15-20%. At the same time, the price increase depends on the category of parts: basic consumables and chassis elements have risen in price by 9-15%, while rare components – body parts and electronic components – have jumped in price by 15-25%.

Alexey Ivanov, owner of the Alliance Trucks network of commercial vehicle dealership centers, also confirmed the rise in price of spare parts for foreign cars. According to him, growth is most noticeable in segments where the market is controlled by a limited number of manufacturers. First of all, the rise in price affected electronic components, optics and braking systems.
