Knewstar 002 crosses are going to Russia: its value is disclosed

“Chinese cars” calculated the approximate price of a new, second model of the Knewstar brand, which is in the near future expected to sell. To do this, the portal used the data of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and found out that 002 could be cheaper than the Donor. The latter is the second generation Geely Altas, which, as of the beginning of summer, can be bought in Russia for 3 512 990–4 017 190 rubles excluding discounts.

If the calculations of the “Chinese cars” are correct, then the Knewstar 002 will offer Russians for about 3-3.2 million rubles. In order to determine the price of the model, the portal took as the basis the declared average cost of the Knewstar G12 model (the factory number of that very 002) from the list of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia on information for calculating the recycling fee of May 22, 2025. According to the ministry, the average price of this crossover during purchase in China is 1,375,351 rubles. The customs collection, excise taxes, VAT and utilization fees added to this – they were counted by another 1.3 million rubles. The cost of logistics, as well as the margin of the distributor and dealer, added to the final cost of the model.

From the original Geely Altas, the new Knewstar 002 model is distinguished by the front part: it has boomerang chairs, triangular blocks of head optics and x-shaped radiator grille. The crossover drives a two -liter motor with a capacity of 200 horsepower, and the gearbox – a seven -speed “robot” or an automatic, depending on whether front -wheel drive or complete.

Knewstar 002 is produced at the Yufun Auto plant in Harbin, in the same place as a model with 001 index (turned by Geely Tugella).
