Leapmotor revealed details about his first sedan

The Chinese brand, which last year came to Europe thanks to partnership with Stellantis, is preparing a new model – the first sedan in its line. Four -door under index B01 (not to be confused with [кроссовером B10](https://motor.ru/news/leapmotor-b10-china-11-03-2025.htm), which debuted in March) will be shown live at the Shanghai at the end of April. The power gamut will be the same as the B10, and the starting price, according to forecasts, will be 100 thousand yuan (1.1 million rubles).

By design, B01 is close to the B10 previously presented. The models have a narrow LED optics with dotted elements located checkers, a similar form of the bumper, smooth bends of the body and “drowned” door handles. Wheel disks are equally decorated. Lidar will enter the equipment, which indicates the presence of an advanced autonomous driving system. Many electronic assistants are also expected, like a crossover.

There are two power units. In the “base”, the electric motor develops 180 horsepower and 175 Nm of torque, and more expensive versions are laid by the unit for 218 forces and 240 nm.

There are no dynamic characteristics yet, as well as information about the capacity of the batteries. It is only known that these will be lithium-phosphate batteries-possibly, like the B10, 56.2 or 67.1 kilowatt hours. They allow the crossover to drive without recharging up to 600 kilometers.
