Lexus has published an official photo of the new TZ crossover

The premiere of the new product will take place on May 6, 2026. It is expected that the model will be a premium version of the Toyota Highlander EV with a three-row interior with 6 seats, reports Carscoops.

The car is built on a modified TNGA-K platform with a length of about 5050 mm.

The Lexus TZ is distinguished from the Highlander by a more aggressive roofline, new LED optics, a closed radiator grille and large wheels. The interior is premium in style, but the 14-inch screen will likely be borrowed from Toyota.

Two power options are planned: 221 and 338 hp. Batteries – 77 or 95.8 kWh with a range of up to 515 km. Competitors: Kia EV9, Hyundai Ioniq 9 and Volvo EX90. The price will be above $50 thousand (4.5 million rubles at the exchange rate at the time of publication).

The Lexus TZ model will be sold in North America and Japan.
