Mash: Arkady Ukupnik racked up 47 thousand rubles in fines in a year

“There were 38 joints hanging from his Range Rover. 25 – for speeding, another six – for markings and signs, two – for prohibited maneuvers. The list also includes unpaid parking for 5 thousand, leaving the allocated area for 2 thousand and fines from MADI for 4.5 thousand. The largest is 10 thousand rubles,” the publication says.

According to the channel, in December last year the magistrate court found the artist guilty of one of the episodes and doubled the fine to 9 thousand rubles. It is also noted that in addition to traffic fines, Arkady Ukupnik has tax debts in the amount of 181 thousand rubles for the use of property and another 114 rubles in penalties.
