The size of the proposed output manual depends on both the length of service and the position held. For example, a 55-year-old leader of a group with a monthly salary of 9,000 euros, who has worked in Mercedes-Benz for 30 years, will be able to count on the maximum 500 thousand euros. At the same time, a 45-year-old administrator with 20 years of experience and a salary of 7,500 euros will offer no more than 300 thousand, and a 30-year-old employee with a salary of 6,000 euros will be paid 100 thousand.

Forced contractions in Europe are not planned. Employees are protected by a guarantee of employment until the end of 2034, so Mercedes-Benz remains to persuade them to voluntarily care with the help of generous financial incentives. If they refuse, the company will not force them to dismiss them.
