In recent years, the interest of Russians in Chinese cars has grown markedly, especially after the departure of Western brands. However, owners and potential buyers have many concerns regarding cars from the Middle Kingdom.

The analysis of two million references to these machines in social networks and the media for the period from 2022 to 2024 showed that the general attitude has become neutral, and the negative is gradually giving way to more balanced estimates. Some brands, such as Tank, have more positive feedback (almost 55%). Most often, users are discussing models of three brands, namely Chery, Haval and Changan.

Along with growing interest, specific problems are more clearly sounding that excite the active and potential owners. In the first place is the issue of price and its ratio with quality. The second most popular topic, although often with positive notes, is design.

The problem with spare parts is confirmed by statistics: every fourth of 149 dealers interviewed complained about waiting time, which now on average exceeding one month.
