Mercedes-Benz S-Class now has a paid “fabric interior” option

When ordering an electric drive for the second row seats costing 1,856 euros (170 thousand rubles), the buyer of the updated sedan can order fabric upholstery. In this case, the sidewalls will be covered with artificial leather, and the central part will be covered with special textiles made from recycled materials.

The dark gray fabric is called Mirville and is made from linen fibers and recycled polyester. Before the update, the S-Class did not offer such interior trim options.
