The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia informed the publication of Gazeta.ru that many drivers freely move in cars without having the right to do so. The situation is due to the fact that the country does not have the interchange of information between the ministries. Currently, departments continue to create a mechanism necessary for control.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the lack of interdepartmental information interaction with the Ministry of Health about citizens with contraindications for driver’s activities, leads to the fact that many motorists continue to travel on roads after the expiration of the driver’s license. Some of these drivers can threaten road safety.
