Nine new cars entered the Russian market in March 2026

These included 6 cars, one truck and two buses. All these cars were not previously included in the sales statistics of new vehicles, reports Avtostat and the United Leasing Association (OLA).

Compared to February, the number of new products decreased: a month earlier, 15 models entered the market (9 cars, one LCV, three trucks and two buses).

All six passenger cars first reported in March were crossovers. Five of them are equipped with gasoline engines and one is electric. By origin, the models were distributed as follows: the Belarusian Belgee X50+, the Chinese Changan CS35 Max, the American Lucid Gravity electric car, as well as three new products from Russian brands – Tenet T9, Jeland J8 and Volga K50, the agency noted.

In the truck segment, the only newcomer was the Sany SAC1600T truck crane. The bus market has been replenished by the Chinese Golden Dragon XML6140JR and the domestic model LIAZ Citymax 12.
