Oting revealed the term of the Russian premiere of the Z9 pickupa based on Nissan

The company “Hyperion Liding (Tianjin)”, “Daughter” of the Chinese Sinomach Auto, completed the certification of the novelty under the Oting – Z9 brand. A full-size pickup with a 258-horsepower engine from Mitsubishi received an approval of the type of vehicle (OTTS), allowing access to the Russian market. The first deliveries of dealers are expected in early September.

Oting Z9 is built on the Nissan Frontier platform. In Russia, it will be offered with the same engine as in China – this is a two -liter Mitsubishi unit with a capacity of 258 horsepower, which is aggregated with an eight -band ZF automatic machine.

The picap drive is full, and the clearance is 240 millimeters, so the Z9 is not terrible for a bail up to 80 centimeters. There are 12 driving modes, including off-road presents, adaptive cruise control and monitoring system of blind zones.

The length of the Z9 is 5.5 meters, the width is 1.7 at a 3.3-meter wheelbase. It is noted that the pickup of 97 percent consists of high -strength steel. In China, the truck is assembled at the Zhengzhou Nissan plant – the joint venture Nissan and Dongfeng.

OTing will announce the ruble value on the day of the start of sales in early September. Official dealers hope that “the price will be attractive,” and they will be able to “make a gift to Russian motorists.”

In addition to Z9, this year another pickup will appear in the Russian OTING line – Rich 7 based on Nissan Navara. And in 2026 they will join a large SUV on the Nissan Patroll platform of the seventh generation.
