Paid roads can become free for one category of citizens

The State Duma will be introduced by the bill on the release of large parents from paying for travel on paid roads. TASS writes about this. The authors of the project from the Party “Fair Russia – For Truth” believe that such a measure can be another incentive for increasing the birth rate in the country.

The bill is proposed to amend the Law on Roads. The right to travel on paid roads will be granted vehicles belonging to large parents.

Families are considered large families in which there are three or more children – relatives or adopted.

The authors of the project believe that the measure will improve the availability of transport infrastructure for such families and will allow them to save money, including in the summer – during vacations. It will also serve as an incentive for the birth of a third and subsequent children.

Russians are increasingly using paid roads. Last year, traffic on Avtodor routes grew by a third – almost 380 million driveways. The most popular among drivers are M-12 and M-4.
