Russia will complicate the sale of cars with mileage

The Ministry of Industry and Trade is developing a bill on the compulsory inspection of used individuals of individuals until resale, writes Gazeta.ru with reference to the head of the Rolf dealer Svetlana Vinogradova. The check will need to be held at dealers or at accredited STO. According to the authors of the idea, this will reduce the number of faulty cars on the roads, make the movement safer and reduce the risks of an accident.

Vinogradova brought statistics: last year the Russians sold about six million used cars. Of these, only 24 percent were implemented by dealers that carry out pre -sale training. The rest of the individuals re -saved directly – from hand to hand. That is, 4.5 million cars can be a potential threat to road users, since it is not known whether they are suitable for driving, Vinogradova noted.

The bill will not only make the verification of the mandatory, but also expand it: the list of components and assemblies checked at the service station will be increased.

Tesla Model 3 electric cars do not pass the inspection in Denmark in Russia, they want to repeatedly increase fines for non -removal ambulance in Russia introduced a ban on advertising on road signs

In the National Automobile Union (us), it is believed that such a bill will not protect such a bill from the purchase of auto -hut, but will create an additional reason for levying fees from drivers.

The data on the databases formed by the “classifides”, the traffic police and the federal notarial chamber, also do not exclude the purchase of a problem machine, said, said the partner of the Avtostat agency Igor Morzharetto. The unified state system could solve this problem, but it is not easy to create it – you need to collect data from many organizations and connect dealers. “The creation of such a base will require giant time and effort,” the expert said.

Earlier, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) proposed increasing the minimum tariffs since 2026. Operators are now obliged to pay VAT when providing services, which they are going to transfer to the consumer. Tariffs for the next year will be approved until December 20.
