Russian cars will be used to fight terrorists

The State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill on the use of machines “to support measures to combat terrorism within the framework of the counter-terrorism operation (CTO) regime.” We are talking about cars of both organizations and individuals, writes TASS.

The use of Russian cars is permitted during operations in territories where the CTO regime has been introduced.

Cars can be used to transport victims to hospitals, as well as to pursue terrorist suspects, “if delay could create a real threat to people’s life or health.”
